What Is HU?

HU is the ancient and secret name for God. It is a very powerful word that has been used as a mantra by the spiritually enlightened for thousands of years. The use of HU has been driven underground for the last thousand years because of persecution by the religious leaders of many of the world's religions. For example, one can only imagine the consequences for being caught singing the HU during the Spanish Inquisition, or during the Salem Witch Hunts. Times have changed, and the state of Man's consciousness has grown since those times. The HU was reintroduced to the public by the Eck Master Paul Twitchell in 1965.

The HU is a nondenominational prayer of love to God. Any person, of any religion can sing the HU to raise their vibration level, and open their awareness to the love of God. The HU can be sung out loud or silently to one's self.

Sing the HU before bed to promote lucid dreaming, and to work off karma during the dream state. Sing the HU during contemplation or meditation to facilitate out of body travel, and to connect with the audible life stream, The Eck. Sing the HU when sad, scared, or anxious to lift your spirits. Sing the HU when happy to show gratitude to God for all of Its blessings. Sing HU whenever you think about God. Every time I find a penny, I know God is sending me the message "A penny for your thoughts." This helps me to turn my thoughts to God and to sing HU to him.

The great thing about singing the HU is that when you sing it, you not only raise your vibration level, but you contribute to raising the vibration level of all of humanity through our collective consciousness.

If you find that singing the HU works for you, please pass the word (literally) to others. Working together we can open the door to enlightening the world.

Dancing in the Darkness

There is one term that describes the state of mankind; spiritually ignorant. We are but marionettes dancing in the dark to the movements of the puppet masters. We don't know where we are, and we don't know why we dance to other people's whims. We dance to other people's desires because we have no clue to the truth, or spiritual ambitions of our own. We dance in the dark because we do not know our true relationship with God, and we are searching for the light, any light that may show us the way.

Many of us search for the answer in books; The Bible, The Koran; books in parapsychology, and Scientology. We are always looking for truth from a source out side of our self. It never occurs to us to look in the one true source of truth and light; our self.

Every true Savior that has ever come to teach us has stressed that the Kingdom of God is within each individual. You already have the light inside of you, why look any where else? We search for truth in other places because we have been taught from a very early age that we need this religion, or that religion to be our mediator in contacting God. We are taught to fear God, and the penalty of sin, eternal damnation in Hell. We are not taught that each of us is divine; and that we all are the sons and daughters of God. The religions don't teach us of this fact because they know that if we knew the truth, none of us would follow them and they would not have any power over us.

There are many ways to find the light inside of your self. The best way is different for each person, so you must search for the best method that fits you. One should never try to fit himself into a religion, but rather find a religion that fits you. It doesn't necessarily have to be an organized religion, it could be a spiritual path, or metaphysical teaching that best suits you. Some might be more comfortable in a community religion, where others will prefer a more individual approach to God such as Meditation, or Eckankar.

To be a seeker of God you first have to be a seeker of truth. There are as many truths as there are people. We need to recognize this and we all need to search until each of us has found the path, or the truth that best fits himself.

Look inside yourself to find the answers.

Chipping Away

I recently received a very lengthy and thought filled comment from one of my readers. The comment basically stated that my ideals are fine, but with the world in such a mess, that they were not feasible on a world wide basis. His premise was what good would good will, optimistic attitude, and good deeds have to do with the suffering in various parts of the world.

In truth, there is very little I or any other individual can do to alleviate the suffering in the world. What I do is try to teach spiritual lessons to those readers that are ready to learn them. I am not trying to convert anyone from their religion, or coerce their way of thinking to meet my way. The lessons I teach are the lessons that soul has to master in order to succeed from this world. By graduating I mean they no longer will have to reincarnate back after this lifetime unless they choose to do so as a teacher, or way shower. Graduating also means they are no longer under the bend and sway of karma, for they are now true co-workers for God, and beyond karma.

There is another reason I write spiritual posts; I am hoping to help raise the consciousness level of all of humanity. Bit by bit I hope to chip away at the spiritual ignorance of mankind. I am not alone, there are many of us out there right now working to up lift mankind.

I have talked before about the collective conscious. This is something that each and everyone one of us is connected to, and that each and every one of us contributes to. If you have ever heard of the 100th monkey syndrome it talks about how a whole population of monkeys learned a new behavior instantly after the 100th monkey had learned it. It seems that 100 was the critical number to uplift the whole population through their collective conscious.

There are now about 6 billion people living on this planet; I don't know what the critical number of people would be to up lift the whole population, but I and others like me are chipping away at that number by teaching those that are ready. Then hopefully they will teach others about the power of love, and the freedom of soul.

Chip, chip, we are working to teach, and up lift all. Want to help?

Lights in the Darkness

We are beings of light. Each one of us is the prodigal child of God sent into the spiritual-material worlds for schooling. Many of us have been going to this school for 100,000 years or more. Now 100,000 years may seem like a lot, and it is, but in relation to eternity it is but a small drop in the bucket. Because we are beings of light we are immortal, and eternal, just like our father; God.

We have forgotten who we are, and why we are here. Each of us is a light surrounded by the darkness of negativity. The light is our true self, and the darkness is the illusion we have to navigate through on the road to realizing our true self once again. This illusion is propagated and maintained by the black magicians who have put themselves in power. It is their desire to keep us in this darkness as their not so willing slaves. They do this by keeping our attention focused on the negativity that surrounds us, instead of letting us focus on the positive.

We are constantly being bombarded with negativity designed to keep us locked in our prison cells. We are fearful of dying, we are fearful of going to hell. We are fearful of war, and we are fearful of any other fear du jour that the media happens to be pushing at the moment. We are anxious about our jobs, our homes, our freedom, and the swine flu. All of these things and more are assaulting us on a daily basis.

This is no accident. The people in control know that if we should ever learn of our true divinity and identity; they would never be able to keep us under their dominion. Darkness can never rule when there is light.

Each of us needs to fan the fire, ignite the flame, and shine their light. Shine your light to show yourself the way; shine your light to show others the way. The way to do this is to love God, love yourself, and love your neighbor. You fan the fire by singing the HU on a daily basis. Singing the HU will raise your vibration level allowing you to see your light, and the light of God. Singing the HU will help you realize that you are NOT the prodigal child of God.  Singing the HU will help you realize that you are a being of light, and not just a physical body. Singing the HU will lower your fear and anxiety level as you learn of your true identity. Singing the HU will free yourself, and your fellow man from the negativity and darkness that seemingly surrounds us.
Join me if you will, HUUUUUUUUU

The black magicians in control will not be happy.

Working For God

Many people don't realize this, but God needs us as much as we need God. Here in the physical world the only way that God can affect what goes on is through the human state of consciousness. In other words, God needs co-workers to help It accomplish It's (since God is neither male, nor female, it is more apt to call God It) will in this world. This may sound ludicrous to those of us who have been taught that God is almighty, and can do what ever It wants; but none the less it is the truth.
This is why it is so important for anyone who wants to serve God to declare their intention. Your state of consciousness is your realm, and NO ONE can interfere with it unless you give them permission. By declaring yourself to be a vehicle for God to work through, you give the Creator permission to do It's work through you. By starting each day by stating "I declare myself to be a vehicle for God, and the Holy Spirit." you open yourself up to be a co-worker for God. As a co-worker for God you will notice yourself being placed in certain situations where you are needed, and you will notice how God manifests It's love through you.
Here is an example of how I was used one day. I am a runner, and I like to run five miles almost every day. I normally would put my five miles in during my lunch hour at work, and shower in the locker room before going back to work. One day it was a rainy cold summer day. I did not run at work that day because of the rain. I got home early that afternoon because there was no overtime that day. The rain had let up to just a fine mist and fog, so I decided to go for a run. My run went between two parks that were separated by a high pedestrian bridge over the river. Due to the cool weather I was running the course in a record time, and I knew as I made my turn at the half way point that I would run a record time.

As I made my way back across the bridge I noticed a pair of woman's shoes on the road. Thinking that that was kind of odd I looked around; there on the other side of a seven foot fence stood a middle aged lady getting ready to jump. I quickly forgot about my record time and skidded to a stop. " Excuse me, you're not thinking of jumping off are you?" I asked her. When she admitted to me that she did indeed plan on jumping, I quickly reached through the bars and wrapped my arms around her. For the next twenty minutes I held on to her as I talked to her. One of the things she said to me was "I asked God to send someone to help me if he didn't want me to jump. I was just about to jump when you showed up." I told her "I work for God, that's why I'm here, now please climb back over the fence to safety and we can talk." After several harrowing minutes, and what seemed like a lifetime, She did climb back over the fence. We spent an hour or so talking. After talking she decided that she really did not want to end her life, and she went home.

I realized that the whole situation of the rain at work, and the nudge I had to run when I got home, came about just so I would be in position to help that lady out when she needed it most. I was glad, and thankful to know that was being used by God.

If you decide you want to be a co-worker for God, start every day by declaring your intention. You will be used to help others, and to manifest God's love and will. Sometimes it will be dramatic like the experience I just related, sometimes it will just be giving a smile when it is needed by someone. But, rest assured you will be used by God for everyone's benefit.

Karma and Self Responsibility

Does Jesus' dying on the cross absolve everyone from taking personal responsibility for their actions? If one listens to the TV ministers, and born again Christians the answer is yes. Of course the TV ministers expect you to send them money to become "born again", and the churches expect you to donate money to them to be accepted; but is this really the case? Does accepting Jesus as your savior absolve you from all of your sins and give you the green light to go to heaven after death no matter what you did before?

I grew up a Catholic and the nuns always taught us that no matter what we had done we would be forgiven of these sins simply by going to confession, and doing what ever penance the priest gave us. Well I never killed anyone, or robbed a bank, so I have no idea what the penance would be if I had; but I can't imagine that saying 10,000 "Our Fathers" (The Lord's Prayer), 5,000 "Hail Mary's", and 2,000 "Act of Contrition's" would truly be enough to go to Heaven. We were also taught that it was very important that a priest be summoned to give "The Last Rites" to someone on their death bed so that the dying person could skirt the fires of hell upon death. (I never did figure out how the dying person could say all of the necessary prayers.)

Wouldn't it be idyllic if all of this was true? It would be nice to think that someone's sacrifice would give me Carte Blanche to do what ever I wanted without repercussions. Think of all the things I could do! All of the lies, the debauchery, stealing, conniving, killing of my enemies I could do. All I would have to do to go to Heaven is to send a check of some of my ill gotten gains to some Church, or minister, or make sure I have a priest handy when I am ready to kick the bucket. Sounds ludicrous, does it not? We all can believe what ever we want; and the truth is that most of us will believe what ever is most convenient for us.

The spiritual truth is we are all free to do as we want, and that sooner or later we all will go to Heaven. The catch is that there is a karmic price for every action that we do that cannot be absolved, or avoided. This price will be paid either in this lifetime, or in a future one. As we move up the spiritual ladder of awareness we begin to realize this and we learn to temper our behavior. We begin to ask our self "Is this action worth the karmic price I will have to pay?" This is when we start to take control of our lives, and to grow spiritually.

Do as you will, but know that in the end you will be held accountable. Learn to take responsibility for your actions and grow from them.

Love Thy Self

Jesus said," Love God with all your heart, and soul, and love thy neighbor, as thy self."

With our world in such sad shape, it is obvious, that we all are feeling pretty crappy about ourselves. Think about it, it should be natural to love yourself, you fight to stay alive everyday. But how many of us really do love ourselves, in the way that Jesus meant?

Everyone has some issues with them self. Let's face it, no one is perfect. I believe our world is a high school of learning for soul, and that is why we are here, because we aren't perfect!

However, try to see things from God's point of view..... Love. We exist because God loves us. There is nothing you have to do, no one you have to be. Be yourself! RELAX. You will never be closer to God than you are right now.

MIKE'S LAW: YOU ARE AS CLOSE, OR AS FAR FROM GOD AS YOU CHOOSE TO BE, THE DISTANCE YOU FEEL FROM GOD IS IN DIRECT PROPORTION TO HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF.

We have been all taught to feel guilty when ever be screw up. This is a control factor taught by the religions.

Life is nothing more than one huge trial and error experiment. We learn by making mistakes. By feeling guilty, or ashamed, the natural response is to hide from God because we feel unworthy, as Adam and Eve did after the fall. We create our own separation from God. To know God you have to let him see you. Of course we never hide from God, but we shut him out. We need to take responsibility for our actions, but drop the guilt. Accept yourself and know inwardly that God does love you.
Now love thy self.

I Don't Need To Be Forgiven

One of the biggest hoaxes ever foisted upon mankind is the notion of "Original Sin". This is the belief where each and every man and woman is born with the indelible stain of the original sin of Adam and Eve against God. Mankind has always been taught that because of this stain we need a Savior or baptism in order to be forgiven of this sin. Millions of people have either been baptized, or had their children baptized in order to keep from spending an eternity in either Limbo, or Hell. Of course once you get baptized you are obligated to spend your entire lifetime in that religion or face an eternity in Hell after death.

This notion of Original Sin is a control mechanism instituted by the religions in order to keep people under their control. If you have nothing to be forgiven for, or saved from, it goes to reason that most people would not have a need for a religion. The religions of course know this and that is why they hammer us with the concept of Original Sin. The more the religions can convince us that we need them, the more we are apt to follow them, their leaders, and pay them portions of our wages to keep us safe.

It is true that each one of us is born with a debt ; but it is a karmic debt that each of us has accumulated over our many lifetimes. This karmic debt cannot be washed away by being baptized into any religion. This debt is accumulated by each of us by our actions in prior lifetimes and must be rectified by each one of us without an intermediary, or Savior involved. It is not a religion that is needed, but an understanding of this karma, and a willingness to work through it.

This brings up the question, "How do I work off past karma, and not accumulate more of it?" The quickest way to work off karma is to learn to be a giver, and not a taker in life. The quickest way to learn to be a giver is to learn how to love.

Love is always a giver, never a taker. If you can learn to give love in any one of many forms, you will be on the fast track to spiritual advancement and enlightenment. It does not matter what religion you were born in to, or what religion you choose; what matters is how much love you have in your heart, and that you give it to others. Selfishness and greed are the things that will add to your karmic debt, but love and giving will burn off your debt and help you realize that you are not stained by the actions of Adam and Eve, but beloved in the eyes of God.

And Good Will to All

I have talked about the need to love more than we ever have before. It's true, we do, but how do we accomplish this? After all, it's difficult enough to love those close to us at times, let alone total strangers and our enemies. We need to realize that it is impossible for anyone to love everyone with deep affection. Deep love should be given only to those closest to us: God, your immediate family, and closest friends. The rest of the world we should love through good will.

What is good will, and how do we give it to others?

There are many ways to do this. The first way is to allow everyone to be themselves. In other words, try not to judge others. This is not as easy as it sounds. We all have been raised with certain prejudices and opinions. It is very easy to slot people by their appearance. Long hair on a guy means he's a hippie; lots of tattoos and he's a punker. Then there are a whole slew of racial slants that we are all familiar with. When you see someone different from you, and you automatically slot him or her as this or that, catch yourself, realize that you are judging that person, then decide not to. Send some silent love to that person instead. That is good will.

Another way to practice good will is through acts of kindness. God said, "Whatever you should do for someone else, even the most wretched, you also do for me." In the past I talked about how each and everyone of us is a manifestation of The Holy Spirit in a different state of consciousness. Each and everyone of us, including our enemies, are divine, and should be treated with respect, no matter how ignorant they are of their divinity. When we are disrespected or hurt, be like Jesus and bless them, "for they know not what they do."

There are other ways to show good will; be creative and see how many other ways you can think to give love. Soon it will become second nature, and you will do them without even thinking about it. Every time you demonstrate love you are making a contribution to our collective unconscious, like putting money in a bank. When we have enough people contributing, we will push our collective consciousness into the next level, taking everyone else with us.

How about that for a gift of love?
