The Power Is Love

The age-old battle for Man to figure out is, "Do I try to acquire power, or do I follow the path of love?"

A quick look through our past shows that a vast majority of people are in the business of getting power. The pitiful few that have sought love are the martyrs that we all are so familiar with. Even in our so-called "enlightened times" the occultists, the religions, the political systems -- most everybody -- is very interested in power.

Power is, as they say, intoxicating. It must be some some really good shit, considering the millions of people murdered for the sake of power.

MIKE'S LAW: "The final lesson to be learned is love."

Power is for the ego, or the "small self". The ego has a need to have attention paid to it. The more attention paid to an ego, the greater its feelings of self-importance. The more self-importance an ego feels, the farther that ego places itself from others. This is the breeding ground for all kinds of atrocities.

When one seeks love over power, the ego shrinks. One starts to relate to others -- to care. One starts to think about something other than the small self. This is a major step in one's spiritual evolution.

Power is always held closely, lest you lose it, but to be had, one has to give love.

That's the great thing about love. You can give away all you want, and you will never run out. The more love you give, the more you receive; and there is nothing more intoxicating than love.

That's the power of love.

Assertiveness

Living the life of a mature soul, is always a life of being in balance. One of the major crossroads of soul is the choice to walk the path of power, or to walk one of love.

All Saviors, and saints, that have come here to uplift Mankind, have taught to walk the path of love. This path must be followed carefully, balancing pride, and humility. Each person must have an inner pride, knowing that he/she is soul, and one day to inherit the throne of God. Each person must have humility, knowing that everyone else, is also soul, and will also one day inherit that throne. This throne is called God consciousness.

Spiritually speaking, no one is better than anyone else, and no one is worse than anyone else. Everyone is divine, and living in the state of consciousness they have chosen, and earned at this point. God realization is not a race. God loves all souls the same, whether it takes forty lifetimes, or forty thousand lifetimes to earn God consciousness.

Those souls that have chosen the path of love are in a bit of a predicament here on earth, because the vast majority of souls are still infatuated with power. These power infatuated souls, have no problem trying to take advantage of, or stepping on the love saturated souls, or anyone else they perceive as being weak. The love souls must learn to defend themselves, through being assertive. This is basically, standing up for yourself, and not allowing yourself to be walked on.

Assertiveness, when used in defensive situations, is necessary for souls on the path of love. Assertiveness, when used in an offensive manner, to gain something, is aggression, and power based.

As mentioned before, the life of the mature soul, is a life of balance. Sometimes it is like waking on the edge of a razor blade. It is not whether or not you fall off that is important, but rather, that you walk it as best you can.

Fear Mongers

It has long been known that the simplest and most effective way to control a population of people is through fear.

The reason Vlad the Impaler did the gruesome acts he did was to strike fear in the local population, thereby making them easier to control. The reason most religions put the fear of eternal damnation and fire and brimstone on their parishioners is to keep them in line.

Throughout history, one will find that people in power have used fear to maintain the status quo. The times have changed, the tactics have changed, but fear is still the primary tool used to control people. In the past, priests wore strange costumes, muttered strange words, and staged elaborate ceremonies to evoke fear, and awe, in the people. The priests were the tools of those in power.

Today we have CNN, FOX News, and other media outlets acting as the stooges for the power elite. Their primary purpose is not to inform as much as it is to occupy your attention with reasons to be afraid. If you are aware, you will notice that the things to be fearful of are constantly changing...sort of a fear du jour, if you will. Twenty-five years ago it was the Russians, Libya, the ozone layer, AIDS, the possibility we are heading for a new Ice Age, and the Ayatollah, to name a few. Today they are occupying us with the threat of terrorism, global warming, Korea, Iran, the sinking economy, Ebola, ISIS, and many others.

When one thing gets so worn out that it no longer elicits the proper amount of fear, the power elite will find, or create a new one to replace it. Many people believe that 9/11, and the subsequent war on terror, was allowed to happen, if not totally orchestrated, by high-level members of our government under the control of (or in cahoots with) the global power elite! The evidence is very strong to back these claims up.

The reasons behind keeping us fearful is an old magician's trick. While we are watching or preoccupied with what one hand is doing, we fail to see what the other hand is doing. While we were so worried about terrorism and personal safety, we allowed many personal freedoms to be eradicated by the government. The government, through the NSA, can and does eavesdrop on our personal emails and phone calls. Big Brother is no longer a possibility, but a reality.

As FDR said during WWII, "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself". We all need to wake up to this shell game they have been playing on us before "America: land of the free, and home of the brave" becomes neither one.
