Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

When I was a young lad, the night time sky was mysterious, and full of wonder. I was taught to always make a wish on the first star appearing in the evening dusk. To this day I remember those days, and I often still do make a wish when I see the first star of the night. Well, perhaps I should say wishes; like everyone else, the older I get, the greedier I get. I thought I might share with you the list of wishes I burdened tonight’s star with.






1) I wish that my car will last at least a year longer than the payments on that car.


2) I wish that I may live long enough to someday retire.


3) I wish that when I do retire, I can afford to do so.


4) I wish that medical benefits for everyone, were a reality, and not a pipe dream.


5) I wish I could run a marathon fast enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon.


6) I wish the Oakland Raiders would win another Super Bowl in my lifetime.


7) I wish Barrack Obama would be impeached.


8) I wish for several cases of George Dickell No. 12 Tennessee Whiskey


9) I wish there was a playoff system to determine the National Champion in college football instead of the B.C.S. system.


10) I wish to win the World Series of Poker, at least once.


11) I wish to be a well read (and well paid), writer of meaningless drivel.

(oh yeah, I almost forgot) I wish there was peace on Earth, and good will towards men.

The Coming Of a New Age

After posting "Fear Mongers" I received a couple of comments stating that they believed what I was saying to be true; however, they didn't know what they could do to change things.

First of all, let me state that helplessness is an effect of fear, and exactly what the global elite wants to propagate among the masses. In "The Awakening", I talked about how each of us is in control of their own state of consciousness. It is very important not to let fear and helplessness rule your state because you are then tacitly allowing someone else to rule your domain. That is the first, and most important step each of us as individuals has to take.

The second step is to help other people become aware of what is happening. Talk to your family and friends, make copies of "Fear Mongers", and tack them up at work or email them to people.

The third step (and I know this may sound ludicrous to some people) is to love the George W. Bushes, Barrack Obama's, and other power elite of this world. I firmly believe that mankind is on the verge of taking the next big step in our spiritual evolution, where our collective consciousness jumps from an us-and-them mentality to realizing our oneness. This will happen after we feed our collective unconsciousness enough love and goodwill to propel our collective consciousness to the next level.

This is very similar to the Age of Aquarius that everyone talked about back in the 1960's. I do not, nor will I ever, advocate violence, for this will only propagate the circle of bad karma we have been going through the last few millennia.

The power elite, may control the banking systems, and the ruling structures, of the world; however, they are very few in number. Once the blinders have been removed from the people, they will be forced to scurry away like cockroaches when a light has been turned on. They will do anything to keep mankind from taking this big step. I anticipate some drastic measures by them in the near future, possibly including Barrack Obama declaring Marshall law soon.

Please do not be swayed, or cower to them. It is time to love like we have never loved before. A new age is upon us!

My Life Would Have Been Better...If Only

As you get older you realize that maybe, just maybe, you should have actually listened to some of the advice you received when you were younger.

I know I am not alone. We all thought we knew it all when we were seniors in high school, when we were seniors in college, when we turned thirty, when we turned forty…etc. It is human nature to think you know it all, and it is definitely a part of growing up. Oh, to think how much better my life would have been, If only….

If only I had listened to my dad. He once told me; “Son, I love you and want you to be happy. Don’t ever get married!” But I never listened to anything that guy told me, I knew it all! Not only did I not listen to him once, but I turned around and did it again! What a dope I am. There are two words that should never be used in the same sentence; happy, and married. These two words are like oil and water, they don’t mix.

If only I had listened to my Grandmother. She told me, “Learn to save your money instead of spending it. You’ll be glad you did one day.” My brother and I both had paper routes when we were growing up. My brother was a saver, and I was a spend thrift. Now, forty years later, after Bush, and Obama, I am nearly broke, and so is he…Never mind!

If only I had listened to Dr. Timothy Leary. “Tune in, turn on, drop out.” I was a child of the 60’s, but never embraced his wisdom. Instead I went to college, worked full time to pay for it, and still ended up with the same job I could have got if I quit school after high school. Think of all the wasted years of partying I missed out on. Well, except for the fact that I partied like John Belushi in Animal House for most of my college career. I had a well rounded college education, I worked, I partied, and I actually learned a few things. (But I don’t remember them).

If only I had listened to the nuns when I was a kid when they told me “You’ll be going to hell one day if you don’t straighten up!” If I had listened to them I would have become a priest, and I would never have got married and lived through hell.

Some day I might learn, but I doubt it. I am now an “old dog”, and you know what they say about old dogs learning new tricks.

Hurray For Me (And F#&k You)

Today's topic is corporate greed. There has always been a war of sorts going on between the "have" and the "have not" factions of the human race. Here in the USA, the gap between the two is wider than it has been since the great depression. The reason for this, is the climate brought about by the front men for the "haves", George W. Bush, and Barrack Obama.

In the past twelve years, Bush, and Obama have championed the elitists, while totally ignoring the working men and women of America. Under Bush's / Obama's watch, millions of decent paying jobs have been exported overseas, health benefits have been eroded, and workers pay slashed. All the while, prices for consumer goods, gasoline, and food, have risen steadily.

The "haves", in their smugness, are delirious with their gains, while the "have nots" are struggling everyday just to keep a roof over their heads, and food on their table.

Reagan, was an elitist, but with his trickle down economy, he saw to it that at least something got to the American workers. Not so under Presidents Bush and Obama. No profit is too great for corporate America as far as they are concerned. The fact that this profit is coming at the expense of the American people, is of no concern to them or their cronies.

They of course feel that they are entitled to these huge profits. In their shortsightedness, they do not realize that they are sewing the seeds for their own destruction. Since so many manufacturing jobs are now done overseas, the cost to make something is much less than it used to be. But the lower manufacturing costs have never been reflected in the cost to the consumer. The prices have never come down, thereby increasing profit margins of management. However, since there are so many unemployed people, and the ones who do have a job are making substantially less than they used to, no one can afford to buy anything unless they put themselves in huge debt. Then they end up defaulting on these loans, and everybody loses. Companies are going bankrupt at an alarming rate!

These assholes have out smarted themselves! When will they learn that a well paid work force is their best customer? We really need someone running this country that understands that there has to be a balance between profit margins, and worker pay. Otherwise we are in for one long hard depression.
